We’re a busy, welcoming coffee shop looking for a reliable and hardworking Floor Staff member to join our team. If you love great coffee, helping customers, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Position: Part-time Floor Staff

Hours: 10–15 hours per week (adaptable schedule)
Greet customers with a friendly smile and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
Take orders, handle cash/POS transactions accurately
Maintain clean, organized seating and service areas
Assist baristas as needed and help with stock replenishment
Uphold health, safety, and beverage standards

What we’re looking for
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused
Prior cafe/retail experience a plus, but not required

Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour
