Levanter Cafe is hiring a casual / full time Barista.

We’re a busy, high-volume cafe located right in the heart of Balaclava, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and valuable vibes.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid barista experience in a fast-paced workplace
Has 3+ years of experience
Can confidently handle high coffee volume
Has strong latte art skills
Is adaptable, bubbly and works well with a team
Enjoys customer interaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Is reliable and looking for a long-term position
Has full Australian working rights

The role includes:
Coffee making
Customer service
POS and cash handling
Table service
Opening and closing shifts
