We are excited to be opening our brand-new location in Werribee and are looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to join our team.

This is a fantastic prospect to become part of a recent store from the beginning, working alongside a supportive team and helping establish the standards and culture of our Werribee location.

About the Role

As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a consistently high-quality coffee and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include
Preparing high-quality espresso and coffee beverages.
Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout service.
Texturing milk and producing quality coffee presentation.
Providing friendly, professional and productive customer service.
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
Working efficiently during busy service periods.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
Working collaboratively with the wider café team.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
