What we are looking for
Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience, with robust knowledge of food and beverage operations
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification required; RMLV/Approved Manager accreditation will be highly regarded
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
