We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Victorian boutiques, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales performance and achievement of financial targets.
Lead, coach, and develop boutique management and retail teams.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on client excellence.
Monitor key retail metrics including conversion, ATV, CRM, and client engagement.
Parter with boutiques to identify prospects for business growth.
Ensure operational excellence across people, processes, and presentation.
Manage rostering, productivity, and store costs.
Oversee stock, security, and inventory management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with VIP clients.
Host client events and represent the Paspaley brand within the local market.

About You
Experience within luxury, jewellery, premium retail,



or high‑touch client service.
Demonstrated success in a multi-site retail leadership role.
Robust leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and business growth.
Excellent commercial, organisational, and communication skills.
Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
