CARe Automotive is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our repair centre team. This is a key customer-facing role, acting as the link between customers, Customer CARe, and the workshop to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated repair journey.

You’ll play a hands-on role in vehicle intake, customer communication, and repair coordination while supporting safety, quality, and production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Be a point of contact for CARe customers
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle condition
Clearly explain repair processes, scope, and timeframes
Maintain ongoing communication with customers and Customer CARe
Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly

Vehicle Intake & Coordination
Mark up vehicles and maintain accurate records in RPS




Review jobs, action notes, and support production planning
Coordinate rectifications, Out of Scope items, and quick-fit work

Administration, Safety & Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation and system records
Support continuous improvement and process compliance
Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures
Identify and escape safety risks or incidents

About You
Experience in an automotive repair or workshop environment
Solid customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Understanding of vehicle repair processes
Certificate III in Panel or Paint
Experience in a senior customer service or advisor role
Knowledge of insurance or accident management environments
Experience with RPS or similar repair management systems
