Castodent is a specialist dental laboratory in Bentley. We cast chrome frameworks for prosthetists, dentists and other dental laboratories across the country. The work is precise and the turnarounds are tight.

The role

Part time administration assistant supporting the day to day running of the laboratory.

Day to day
Enter current cases into our lab system from labslips and digital submissions, accurately and on the day they arrive
Answering phone calls and emails
Prepare completed cases for dispatch
Monitor cases through the lab each day and pick up anything running behind
Contact the customer as soon as a case is going to be late, before they have to chase us
General office admin: account opening forms, filing, data entry and supporting the lab manager

What we are after
Solid administration and data entry skills. Accurate the first time.




Comfortable on the phone with customers you have not met
Someone who spots when something is not right and follows it up without being told
Organised with valuable attention to detail
Transparent written English for customer emails
Reliable.

No dental experience is required. We will teach you the terminology, the products and the process. What we cannot teach is attention to detail and being good with people.

Hours and pay
Approximately 30 hours a week, with additional hours available when required.
Monday to Friday with start times negotiable. We will set them with the right person.
$32 to $36 per hour depending on experience, plus superannuation
On site at our Bentley lab, in Technology Park. This is not a work from home role.
