We are currently seeking Assembly/Production Operators & Warehouse Assistants to join the team at our Orange NSW site . These full-time roles offer stable employment, a supportive team workplace, and family-friendly hours.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Operate within our production and assembly departments
Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural/ industrial attachments.
Assemble mechanical/ hydraulic components and products to meet customer specifications
Assist with inventory movement including picking & packing orders.




Utilises compony systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouse.
Maintain a clean and safe work workplace
Follow work allocations and job instructions accurately
Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and peers to achieve efficient outcomes.

Mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good teamwork and communication abilities skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Forklift licence (preferred)
Previous experience in a production or assembly setting
Previous experience with warehousing software (ERP’s)
Experiencing interpreting workorders/ picking slips to fulfill an order.
