1st Year Apprentice Chef

We are looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team.

This is a outstanding chance for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to start a career in hospitality. You will work alongside experienced chefs while learning practical kitchen skills, food preparation, hygiene standards, and daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Learn kitchen procedures, recipes, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
Help with stock rotation and storage
Support the team during service
Take direction from senior chefs and kitchen management
Attend required apprenticeship training

About You
Genuine interest in cooking and hospitality
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable, punctual,



and well presented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen workplace
No previous experience required, but a passion for food is essential
