Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is seeking an impact-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead our clinical service delivery engine end-to-end. The role coordinates with specialist doctors, facilities and GPs, while supporting patient and carer needs with compassionate leadership.
The role oversees care coordination, scheduling, Medicare billing and scalable SOPs as we expand across Australia, including offshore administration. Hybrid work with some in office Sydney CBD collaboration is offered.
