Do you have a passion for food and want to build a rewarding career as a qualified chef? The Alpine Hotel Bright is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a busy, fast-paced hotel while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the preparation and cooking of quality meals.
Learning a variety of cooking techniques across different menu styles.
Preparing ingredients and maintaining food quality standards.
Following food safety and hygiene requirements.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well-stocked.
Working closely with experienced chefs and learning every day.
Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

About You




Passionate about cooking and eager to learn.
Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic.
Positive attitude with a willingness to take direction.
Able to work well in a quick-paced environment.
Committed to completing a Chef Apprenticeship.
Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
