A thriving Home Care business based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Education & Quality Officer to step into a role supporting their Education and Quality functions within their Sydney region.

A candidate who has proven experience within Home Care is essential either as a Care Manager or preference with a candidate who is motivated and interested in a role within Education, pushing continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Criteria
Available F/T Role
AHPRA Registered RN
Experience in Home Care
Chinese Speaking preferred
Ability to drive improvement within small and large teams
Leadership skills
Knowledge of Recent Aged Care Quality Standards
Educator Background highly desired
