About the Role:
Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner
Maintain a safe working setting for all team members
Schedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when
Develop a team that can perform to its optimum level, providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey
Ensure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed
Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required

About You:
Must have experience managing a an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams
Trade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting highly regarded
A positive attitude and committed to delivering excellence + driving team success
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
