Cairns Taxis is seeking a Driver Engagement & Training Manager to own the driver journey from recruitment through onboarding, training and ongoing support. You will lead the Driver Ambassador Program to build a robust driver network and promote qualified standards.
In this role you will recruit drivers, deliver induction and practical training, support drivers on an ongoing basis and develop initiatives to improve engagement and retention across the driver community.
