About us:

About the Role:
Interpret and process customer orders
Provide technical support to our customer network
Order, monitor and process parts inventory
Promote parts sales and achieve sales targets
Maintain and exceed industry benchmarks
Develop current business and sustain current customers

About You:

The successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:
Trade Certificate III in Parts preferred, but not mandatory
Previous Automotive Experience within the parts industry highly regarded
Automotive Paint/Consumable experience valued
Confident liaising and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Solid communication skills,



with the ability to sell over the phone
Competent in the use of Dealer Management Systems
Accurate attention to detail, with a focus on overseeing and maintaining high standards of quality.
Ability to work within a team environment but also be self-motivated and pro-active.
