Scheduling Coordinator

Sunshine Coast | Full time | $75,000–$85,000 + Super

We are recruiting for a well-established and growing business on the Sunshine Coast looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident with customers and enjoys coordinating tradespeople and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly.

The Role
Coordinate and schedule our clients daily jobs
Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
Book jobs and keep customers updated
Prepare and follow up quotes
Order materials and liaise with suppliers
Track jobs from booking through to completion
Assist with invoicing and general accounts administration
Manage changing schedules and priorities throughout the day

About You
Previous service coordination,



scheduling or trades administration experience
Experience with Scheduling
Experience with Scheduling software
Xero experience highly regarded
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
