Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, payroll oversight.
Oversee an accounts payable and receivable staff.
General ledger management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with operational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Skilled qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Xero financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Odoo ERP Software preferred
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a small team.
