Key Responsibilities
Assist with patient menu selections in collaboration with Amplar Health clinical staff and Pullman Adelaide’s culinary team, ensuring dietary needs and medical restrictions are met.
Deliver meals to designated floors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.




Prepare trays and service items in coordination with the stewarding team, ensuring timely and organized delivery to rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas, following strict infection control protocols and food safety standards.
Communicate effectively with TCS and dietary staff regarding guest needs or concerns, and relay accurate information to the culinary team for seamless service.
Monitor supplies and equipment dedicated to TCS, reporting any issues promptly to ensure smooth daily operations.
