Café Manager | Kickstart Expresso Wagga

We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Café Manager to lead our busy Wagga Wagga drive-thru. If you love the morning hustle and thrive in a systems-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

The Role - You’ll lead from the front, overseeing daily operations and empowering your team to deliver high-quality coffee and wholesome, country-style food with lightning-fast, friendly service.
Lead: Coach and train a diverse Kickstart crew.
Manage: Oversee daily workflows, hire and train staff, maintain quality control, and drive financial performance.
Execute: Bring the "Kickstart spirit" to life daily through operational excellence and a "whatever-it-takes" attitude.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional quality and rapid, friendly service are the heart of Kickstart. As manager, you will make this standard the absolute cornerstone of your daily leadership.

5.5 Day week: Kickstart currently operates Monday- Friday 6am-2pm, Saturday 7am-12pm and closed Sundays. These operating hours offer a great work-life balance for a manager compared to other hospitality roles.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
