We’re excited to welcome a Registered Paediatric Psychologist to our friendly, agile team at AIM Therapy. If you love working with children and value feeling supported in your clinical work, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise to help children build skills, confidence, and independence, while working alongside a collaborative team that genuinely values what you bring. You’ll have the time, support, and flexibility to do work you’re proud of and see the impact you make with children and families every day.

Opportunities are available at our Jindalee and Joondalup clinics.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
Completing initial appointments and getting to know current families
Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a team-oriented approach for the children we support.
Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
Being part of a strong career development program with plenty of opportunities to grow
