About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a 29-place early learning centre in Carlingford seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join their team.

As a Certificate III Educator, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs
Create a secure, welcoming and inclusive workplace for all children
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning and development
Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care
Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation




Contribute to continuous improvement across the centre
Support children’s wellbeing through positive and meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Solid communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
