What you’ll be doing:
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Guiding prospective customers through onboarding, product information, and FAQs.
Assisting existing clients with documentation, tax statement queries, and troubleshooting.
Using available tools, templates, and resources to deliver genuine, first-class customer support.




Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Providing general admin support to wider business operations.

About you:
1+ year of experience in a client service or phone-based role.
Experience in a regulated or financial services/FinTech environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Take satisfaction in solving problems and building trusted relationships with clients.
Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy being part of a growing team.
