ICT Account Manager

Full‑Time Salary: 85000‑ AUD

Citycable PTY LTD is a growing IT technical company based in Victoria, delivering high‑quality residential, commercial IT services. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented ICT Account Manager to join our professional team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project managers to prepare detailed IT support and documentation for various projects, utilise specialised ICT knowledge to match hardware, software and technical service solutions to client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages lists of prospective clients to establish client relationships and sales opportunities

• Develops and maintains key accounts and portfolio plans

• Acquires and updates knowledge of ICT goods, services and market conditions to differentiate from competition and maximise business opportunities

• Engages with clients to understand their requirements and explain the ICT goods and services that meet their needs

• Engages with existing and prospective clients to promote relevant ICT goods and services





• Follows up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with provided ICT goods and services, and resolves problems that arise

• Identifies further sales opportunities within these accounts, builds current account clients, manages customer satisfaction and retention

• Coordinates the preparation and presentation of ICT sales reports, proposals and tenders

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years' relevant ICT working experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer hardware, software and services.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
