Based in Heidelberg West, on-site parking and close to transport
Salary $70-80K plus Super (based on skills/ experience)
Join a growing organisation that supplies scuba diving equipment operating across Australia and New Zealand, where you will work in a team to maintain a high level of customer service and communication to all customers, consumers and internal staff members.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings excellent communication and organisational skills and values working collaboratively within a team.
Key responsibilities:
Taking and entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives
Responding to general enquiries/complaints from consumers and clients
Sending out price lists, credit applications and catalogues as required
Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA’s for their orders
Supplying product and order information to customers
Organising credits for incorrect invoices/short shipping etc
Raising return authorities and credits for customers
Liaising with the 3PL partner to advise stock returns, short shipments etc
Liaising with the Product Development team on faulty items when required
Processing of all majors account orders into Pronto and ensure orders are processed at the warehouse by the required dates
General reporting where required on eg sales reports, indents, back orders and sales promotions etc
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience within wholesale sales and customer service
Order management experience required
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with an ERP Order Management system preferred i.e. SAP/JD Edwards etc
Excellent communication skills
Solid organisational and follow through skills
Diving and SSI certification, highly regarded but not essential
Team player mindset
