Essential Requirements
Previous experience in parks, gardens, horticulture, landscaping, turf or outdoor maintenance
Ability to undertake physically demanding work and manual handling




Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Solid commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with excellent attendance
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Desirable
Previous Local Government experience
Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture, Landscaping or a related field
Experience operating ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers, brushcutters and other grounds-maintenance equipment
Sports field or turf maintenance experience
Irrigation experience
Chemical application / chemical handling tickets
White Card
MR or HR Licence
Traffic Control tickets
Chainsaw or other relevant equipment tickets
