Our client is a mid size commercial real estate agency seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder for established EA tasks and also working with managing major sales projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
Full suite of EA and administrative responsibilities
Email and diary management
Plan and coordinate all relevant meetings
Act as "follow up manager" for relevant action points
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Screen incoming calls and attend to various administration matters
Undertake research and support for special projects
Administration support for major sales projects




Ensuring agency agreements signed and filed accurately
Uploading properties online and managing marketing campaigns
Liaising with purchasers, vendors and suppliers
Issuing invoicing instructions to the accounts team

The candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years' experience as an EA/Admin Assistant supporting an executive-level manager (in any industry) or sales agent within a real estate agency. Experience in a fast paced, busy and dynamic environment will be well regarded. You will also be required to have effective written, verbal communication and presentation skills and excellent relationship building skills.
