We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and technical solutions to our clients. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and building strong relationships with clients, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, network, and cloud issues
Manage and resolve support tickets
Deploy and configure computers, servers, printers, and applications
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace environments
Assist with networking infrastructure and project implementations
Maintain technical documentation and processes




Deliver onsite and remote support to clients

About You

You’ll have:
Previous IT Support or Helpdesk experience (preferably within the healthcare industry)
Robust Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Solid communication and organisational skills
A current Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable
MSP experience
Exposure to Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix or Google Workspace
IT certifications or relevant qualifications
