Leading Hand Roofer / Experienced Roofing Labourer

BRC is looking for a Leading Hand Roofer or an Experienced Roofing Labourer to join our growing team. We deliver a range of commercial roofing projects across Sydney and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities
Proven experience in commercial metal roofing
Confident leading a crew and coordinating daily site activities (Leading Hand role)
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Robust focus on safety and ensuring the team works safely and efficiently
Willingness to learn and develop your skills (Roofing Labourer role)

About you
Experience in commercial metal roofing
White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Own basic hand tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail




Commitment to working safely and following site procedures
Leadership skills or the ability to mentor and guide others (Leading Hand role)
Excellent EBA rates under the Plumbing Union Agreement
Site allowances and all applicable EBA entitlements
Consistent local Sydney work – no long-distance travel
Excellent working conditions on well-managed commercial sites
