This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced Assistant General Manager / 2IC to help lead the team at Vito's from the beginning. You'll work closely with the General Manager to establish a culture of genuine, warm, confident, qualified and attentive service across the venue and ensure it's delivered consistently every service.

Key responsibilities
Lead the team from the floor in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment
Work closely with the General Manager to establish and maintain service culture and standards
Train, develop and motivate team members
Run a busy service and make confident decisions under pressure
Ensure excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail across operations
