Receptionist - P/T (12pm-5pm Mon-Fri) - Forest Lodge

Part-Time | Monday-Friday, 12pm-5pm (25 hours/week) - Circa $40,000+Super

Boutique are hiring for a busy construction company based in Forest Lodge, looking for a warm, organised, and reliable receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of the office.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, tradespeople, and suppliers — keeping our front office running smoothly every afternoon. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part‑time hours in a supportive, down‑to‑earth team environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors
Managing office admin — filing, data entry, scheduling
Assisting the team with correspondence and basic document preparation
Coordinating deliveries and keeping the front office tidy and welcoming
General support for our project and site teams as needed

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:




Previous receptionist or front‑of‑house experience, or
A background in retail, hospitality, or another customer‑facing role, with a genuine interest in moving into office administration

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Personable, friendly, and a excellent communicator
Well organised with robust attention to detail
Comfortable juggling phones, visitors, and admin tasks at once
Confident using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Reliable and punctual, with a can‑do attitude

No construction industry experience required — full training will be provided for the right person. We’re happy to invest in someone with the right attitude who’s keen to learn.
