The Role:

we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to assist in service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your chance to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Conducting repairs and maintenance
Rental arrears management

The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration & driver's license
Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded
High level of professionalism
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
Solid knowledge of the local area
A positive, can-do attitude!
