The Walt Disney Company in Australia and Recent Zealand seeks an Executive Director, P&C;, ANZ to lead the P&C; function across Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland and all lines of business. You will partner with the ANZ Leadership team to deliver strategic HR solutions that enable growth, engagement and inclusion.
The role reports to the SVP, P&C; (APAC) and requires exceptional stakeholder management, change leadership, and HR expertise across a complex matrix organization.
