ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a large Australian Group's Private Family Office based in South Melbourne. The business is a real success story, a leader in their field and a household name amongst many Australians. As the Investment arm of the group grows, a Financial Accountant is needed to focus on Trust and Investment Accounting across its complex entities and structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Complex investment accounting across various trust and investment structures.




Take ownership of month-end and quarter-end management reporting for several entities within the business
Work directly with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders, presenting and providing insightful reporting and financial analysis
Cash flow management, tracking and forecasting, as well as investment reconciliations and variance management.
Support team members in tax compliance duties, including statutory reporting, Income Tax reconciliations.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
3+ years' experience in accounting, with preference for Investment Accounting experience
CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
Strong proficiency in reporting, cash flow management and statutory tax compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Xero, highly skilled in Excel
