The Role

We're on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of Sydney CBD's most-loved dining rooms. You'll drive the menu, the standard and the culture — bringing heart and soul to every dish, from house-made pastas to premium cuts, while leading a team that takes genuine pride in the pass.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing the kitchen team across daily service and events




Designing and executing a seasonal menu built on quality local produce
Maintaining consistency and excellence across every dish, every service
Managing food cost, ordering, stock control and kitchen budgets
Ensuring full HACCP, WHS and food safety compliance at all times
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and events team to deliver a seamless experience, from long lunches to weddings

You Are
An experienced Head Chef or senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Skilled across contemporary Australian cuisine, house-made pasta and premium proteins
A confident leader who builds and mentors a robust kitchen team
Commercially minded, with solid experience managing costs and stock
Calm, organised and switched on across both service and events
