Manager, Applications Services (Finance) – TechnologyOne

Macquarie Park | Short-term contract until mid-September | Up to $1,000 per day + Super | Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Applications Services Manager for a short-term contract chance based in Macquarie Park, providing parental leave cover through to mid-September.

You will lead a team of applications and data specialists responsible for the ongoing support and operational management of enterprise finance applications.

Key responsibilities
Lead the delivery and BAU support of enterprise finance applications.
Manage and support a team of technical and functional specialists.
Oversee application service performance, incidents, changes, releases and continuous improvement.
Manage key stakeholders, suppliers and service-level expectations.




Ensure reliable and effective application services across the organisation.

What we're looking for
Strong experience managing enterprise applications and application support services.
Experience leading Level 2/Level 3 application support teams .
Good understanding of finance systems and finance business processes .
Solid IT Service Management / ITIL knowledge.
Experience with cloud/SaaS environments.
MUST have TechnologyOne Financial experience.
Strong stakeholder, vendor and people-management skills.
This role requires someone who can start immediately and quickly take ownership of an established applications service workplace.
