Groups by Beyond is looking for an experienced Group Travel Consultant to manage the end-to-end delivery of group tours for travel agents and direct clients around the world. This is a client and operations-focused role for someone who loves the details of putting a outstanding group tour together - from first enquiry and quote, through supplier negotiation, to smooth departure.

You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring every group trip is well-planned, competitively priced, and delivered without a hitch. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in the smooth-running of Groups by Beyond’s group travel program.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end quote and booking process for group tours
Respond to and manage enquiries
Put together accurate, well-priced itineraries and proposals
Track, follow up, and manage all leads and enquiries through to confirmed booking
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in the CRM
Communicate with clients primarily via phone and email to secure and manage bookings




Deliver a high standard of service that drives repeat business and referrals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing clients
Negotiate group rates, inventory, specials, and exclusives with suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners

About You
Experience creating and managing group tours, ideally in the Australian/NZ travel industry
Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
A track record in account management and client relationship management
Confident negotiation skills with suppliers
Self-motivated, and engaged with a genuine passion for travel and customer service
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with TourPlan a bonus
Destination knowledge in Eastern Europe and/or Scandinavia highly regarded
