Customer Service & Retail Sales – Gym Quip Fitness & Spas

Type: Full-time (rotating weekends)

Join the team at Gym Quip Fitness & Spas, Canberra's leading retailer of premium fitness equipment and Hot Spring Spas. We're looking for a motivated and friendly team member to deliver exceptional service to our customers both in-store and online.

Your role will include:
Handling web orders and online customer enquiries
Providing expert in-store product advice and sales support
Liaising with customers before and after sales
Assisting with showroom presentation and general admin

What you'll bring:

A happy, positive attitude and qualified approach
Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset




Willingness to work weekends on a 4-week rotating roster, with availability over the Christmas / New Years Period.
