Labourer - Sunshine Sugar Broadwater Mill - Fixed Term contract

Sunshine Sugar's Broadwater site is looking for a labourer to join our day gang team on a fixed term basis for our crushing season. Work is available until December 2026, with possible extension.

Hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, with regular weekend overtime available during crushing season (June - December).

We are looking for a reliable individual to join our Day Gang Team , performing a variety of hands-on tasks across the site.

Responsibilities could include:
General production and operational duties
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Assisting tradespeople
Protected use of power tools
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment

We arelooking for:
Mechanical aptitude
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid commitment to safety and workplace culture
Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
Physically fit with valuable sight and hearing
Basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork
Comfortable working in noisy, wet, greasy, humid conditions and at heights




Previous production experience (advantageous but not essential)
