Hastings People seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary development and opening of a recent multi-Asian food hall in Brisbane. The role combines Cantonese barbecue, yum cha, Southeast Asian dishes and Japanese sashimi, with a robust takeaway component and high-volume breakfast and lunch trade.
You will recruit and coach a brigade of 10–12 chefs, balance authenticity with speed and commercial performance, and establish kitchen systems for a large-scale opening.
