Challenge Employment and Training Ltd is a well-established not-for-profit RTO. We deliver training and employment support programs across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland.

Casual Employment Prospect – Browns Plains, QLD 4118

We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) at our Browns Plains campus.

Delivery will include the use of adaptable learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week. You will work 1 day a week at our head office in Collingwood Park.

Essential Requirements
TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care
Soundunderstanding of the Community Services Industry
Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)
Current Driver’s Licence
The ability to train and assess HLTAID011 - Provide first aid would be highly regarded

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver and assess the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
Use engaging and diverse teaching methods to inspire learners
Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed
Mark and submit assessments within required timeframes
Support students with work placement coordination
Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
Build and sustain relationships with community partners and local employers
