About the Role

A major ASX-listed organisation is undertaking a significant, long-term cyber security uplift program and is seeking an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a critical Micro-Segmentation initiative as part of this broader program.

This role will drive a group-wide security uplift focused on limiting lateral movement across the network in the event of a breach, through the deployment of micro-segmentation across a complex hybrid setting spanning branch and head office networks, and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

About You
10+ years leading large-scale network and security infrastructure programs, ideally with exposure to micro-segmentation, zero trust, or similar security uplift initiatives




Proven experience managing Managed Service Providers and Systems Integrators
Solid experience managing complex program budgets
Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering roadmaps
Solid understanding of risk management, stakeholder management, digital platforms and core systems
Track record of developing and embedding operating models
Excellent written, verbal and executive-level communication skills

Details
Contract length: 12 months
Rate: c.$1,300/day (inclusive of superannuation)
Location: Mascot HQ, Sydney - minimum 3 days per week in office
Start date: Late August 2026
