Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking Food Production Workers to join a busy FMCG food manufacturer in Bentleigh East, VIC. We have multiple roles available (up to 6 starters) across key production areas, with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway for the right people.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with mixing and blending ingredients as required.
Operating ovens and managing baking processes to produce baked goods.
Shaping cookies and removing baked items from trays post baking.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
Following all health and safety protocols while handling food production equipment.
Supporting team members in adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
Reporting any safety concerns or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance during allocated shifts.
Preparing and maintaining a protected and hygienic work environment at all times.





Key Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in food production or baking desirable but not essential.
Experience with blending or mixing ingredients is preferred.
Reliable and punctual with a good attitude towards teamwork.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Availability for full time hours, with shifts starting at 6 am, 7 am, or 8 am depending on the production area.
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle food products, and operate related equipment.
Demonstrated reliability and positive work attitude.
Current or willingness to obtain relevant food safety certifications and compliance training.
