Description

As Strategy Performance Analyst, you will support strategic and annual planning, performance reporting, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate planning, reporting and governance activities
Maintain KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, dashboards and reporting
Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Conduct research, benchmarking and environmental scanning
Prepare reports, insights and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
Maintain accurate planning and reporting documentation
Work with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and meet deadlines
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and planning processes

This role requires someone proactive,



self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Robust communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with:
Experience in strategy, planning, performance, reporting or analysis
Strong data analysis and reporting capability
Experience with KPIs, dashboards or Balanced Scorecards
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Robust Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Initiative to identify what needs to be done and take ownership
Education experience is not mandatory, although experience in education, government, NFP or another complex organisation is beneficial
