We’re hiring: Account Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Hervey Bay Nurseries is looking for an experienced commercial leader to help grow our Enliven houseplant brand—and the people, partnerships and possibilities behind it.

Based in Toogoom on Queensland’s Fraser Coast, this senior leadership role will oversee our sales and marketing functions across wholesale, retail and online channels.

You’ll have the prospect to:
Build solid relationships with major retailers, independent garden centres and online customers
Lead and develop our Sales and Administration teams
Drive sustainable revenue growth and identify current market opportunities
Shape the Enliven brand through creative campaigns, product launches and digital content




Represent a trusted wholesale production nursery with more than 50 years of experience

We’re seeking a commercially minded, hands‑on leader who can turn ideas into measurable results while building a collaborative, accountable team culture.
