Position:

Casual Disability Support Workers

What You’ll Do
Provide person-centred support to participants in our SIL homes
Assist with daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, social support and meal preparation
Support participants in developing independence, life skills and social connections
Maintain participant records, daily shift notes and incident reports
Follow individual support plans, including behaviour support and medication administration




Ensure homes are clean, secure and comfortable

Key Requirements
Availability to work across a 7-day roster (morning, afternoon, evening)
A genuine commitment to supporting people with a disability
Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude
Team-oriented, with a focus on participant rights and independence

Qualifications & Training (or willingness to obtain)
Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check
