About the role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide dedicated PA support to two Partners and assist other senior leaders as required. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leaders within the business. You will manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinate frequent itinerary changes and last-minute travel requests, manage busy and ever-changing diaries, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Provide dedicated PA support to two Partners and assist other senior leaders as required
Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, drivers and visas
Coordinate frequent itinerary changes and last-minute travel requests
Prepare travel reconciliations, reporting and associated administration
Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, meetings and appointments
Process timesheets, expenses and expense reconciliations
Assist with personal errands and ad hoc administrative tasks




Build solid relationships across the business and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly

About you
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administration role
Proven experience managing extensive travel arrangements and complex itineraries
Ability to remain calm and organised when dealing with last-minute changes and competing priorities
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Confident following up actions and managing stakeholder expectations
Professional, approachable and adaptable in your working style
Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
