DENTAL RECEPTIONIST — GOLD COAST | Multiple Locations

We're on the lookout for an experienced, organised, and warm-hearted Dental Receptionist to support our team across 2 to 4 of our Gold Coast locations:

Locations
The Dental Lounge Robina — Robina
Teeth on Ferry — Southport
The Dental Studio — Transparent Island Waters

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key part in creating a calm, welcoming, and qualified environment from the moment they walk through the door (or call). This is a flexible, multi-site position — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build relationships with different teams and patient communities across the Coast.

What You'll Be Doing
Greeting patients warmly and managing a busy front desk
Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple practice management systems
Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS experience a bonus)




Answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence multitasking in a fast-paced workplace
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for patients
Flexibility to work across multiple Gold Coast sites
Experience with dental software (e.g. Praktika, Dental4Windows, or similar) highly regarded
