The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Bavarian Tuggerah.

You'll work alongside a passionate team to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking menu items to company standards Running your section with confidence during busy service periods Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation Contributing to a positive,
