Qualifications & Experience
Experience working in Customer Service roles
Office administration experience desirable, but not essential
Experience with Microsoft Office
Current drivers license required




Police Clearance required

Tasks & Responsibilities
Reception duties from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday
Office reception duties, including taking phone calls, incoming emails, handling enquiries, filing/sorting and general office duties
Assist sales team with marketing campaigns, including flyer distribution, social media and client contact
Receipting of rental payments and managing Tenant accounts
Managing of Rent and Invoice Arrears
Organising home opens and attending as required
Processing Tenancy Applications and providing reports for Owner review
Assist Property Manager with required daily tasks
Cover Property Manager's leave when required
