The Grand Hotel Kiama is seeking a Duty Manager to lead and grow our team as we head into the busy spring/summer period. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering the customer journey in a laid back coastal setting.
A proactive, “yes can do” attitude and a focus on developing the team are essential to this role. Gaming experience is desirable but not essential; delivering memorable customer experiences is non-negotiable.
